1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the uvindex.today website and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uvindex.today.

2. Medical and Data Disclaimer

The Service provides UV index data and weather-related information for educational and informational purposes only. This information is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Environmental conditions can change rapidly; reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain premium features may require a subscription purchased via the Apple App Store ("In-App Subscriptions").

Billing: Payments are processed by Apple Inc. and charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All purchases are final. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
EULA: Use of the mobile application is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: scraping or automated data collection without prior written consent; attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service; using the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfering with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including design, text, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of uvindex.today. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall uvindex.today or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any data provided herein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which uvindex.today operates. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.
